L2 ACDC – End User License Agreement (EULA)
The L2 ACDC Server is a private Java-based study project intended for educational and testing purposes, built under GNU free software principles and operating on a non-profit basis. Donations made through the website are voluntary and intended solely to support and maintain the project. As a form of appreciation, users may receive virtual in-game currency called “Lucky Coins”, which have no real monetary value.
This Agreement is entered into between you (the “User”) and the L2 ACDC Administration (the “Administration”) regarding the use of the Game Client and access to the private server.
By accessing or using the server, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. General Provisions
- The server is currently in a testing phase (beta).
- Restarts may occur at any time without notice.
- Bugs, errors, and inconsistencies may exist.
- Game systems and mechanics may change at any time.
- Character data, items, or progress may be modified or reset.
Definitions:
- Game: Online multiplayer environment based on Lineage 2
- Server: L2 ACDC infrastructure
- Client: Software used to access the server
- Account: User registration
The server is unofficial and not affiliated with NCSOFT Corporation.
2. License Terms
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Client for personal entertainment purposes only.
This license does not grant ownership of any part of the server or game.
3. Restrictions
- Use of bots or unauthorized software
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Reverse engineering or modifying the client/server
- Selling or trading accounts/items improperly
- Abusive or harmful behavior
Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
4. Modifications
The Administration may modify or discontinue any part of the server at any time without notice.
5. Termination
Access may be terminated by the User or Administration at any time.
6. Warranty and Liability
The server is provided “as is” without guarantees. The Administration is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or damages.
7. Donations and Virtual Currency
- Donations are voluntary and not purchases.
- Lucky Coins have no real-world value.
- No refunds are guaranteed.
8. Contact
For support, please use official channels such as Discord or the website.
9. Final Provisions
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- This Agreement may be updated at any time.
- Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
